Dawn in the city of Austin, capital of Texas, recorded a temperature of 39.9°F (4.4°C) in the 06:00 am range, data from the meteorological station located in the Ideal Place region. The same temperature was also recorded in another part of the city in the region comprising Pleasant Valley and Montopolis.
The thermal sensation is something of an alert for this Thursday and also for Friday, according to information from the Climate of Texas, which also highlighted that the thermal sensation should be -15°F (-26°C) in the city of Amarillo , about 496 miles (800 kilometers) from Austin. In the city of Dallas, the wind chill should be -5°F (-15°C).
